By purchasing from Nightingale Healing, you agree to the following terms:

All products are handcrafted with natural oils and may experience slight changes due to temperature. Liquefied products can easily be stirred and restored to their original consistency at room temperature or by refrigerating.
Refunds and replacements are only provided for products that arrive rancid, damaged, or broken (see Return Policy).
Orders are generally shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 2-3 days.
