Returns & Refunds are available under the following conditions:

If your product arrives rancid, damaged, or broken, please contact us immediately for a full refund or replacement.
Due to the natural nature of our oils, products may liquefy during shipping if exposed to heat. Don’t worry—this is completely normal! Simply stir the product and allow it to reconstitute at room temperature or place it in the refrigerator for quicker results.

To initiate a return or refund:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your product.
